Said to be a hit due to disagreement with one of the Contractors/ Developers they were doing business with😢. Such a wicked and sneaky world, the Construction business. The grimy underbelly of Jamaican construction 😢. Such a talented architect that revolutionized Jamaica's architecture.....a big loss

People in St Catherine and St Thomas needed to have already begun building water tanks for when this thirsty uptown citadel (among others) begins diverting water into the metropolis. "The Narrative Is" that the market demand for such properties is endless.... BUBBLE means champagne...no?

What's luxurious about it ? Are they smart homes ? The property is not even off Grid! Have they solved the road issue and water issue ? This is just another apartment with a alot of panoramic Angles. I do Love the fact that the townhouses have individual pools, that's definitely a plus but Apart From the view it's just another Development.

The acreage looks overloaded and the parochial road cant take 2 cars side by side, and where's the water to come from.....keep adding.
