This was an excellent demo. 2 full levels and 1 of the only 4 skateboarding areas in the game. it also showcases 2 of the 5 alternative playable characters.

@Kano Slayer: Yes they used the Fireworks Factory for Molton Crater in the demos, I remember playing it. The skateboarding theme only appeared on the demos, the PAL release never had it in the designated area's it was supposed to be an definitely not Sunny Villa, that area had the main Sunny Villa theme there. I wonder if it will appear in the Reignited Trilogy, I hope so.

I remember bugging the shark in the water level by comming in and out and back in from the shark section. I remember the shark comming out from the level traspasing every wall and chasing you down through out the whole level haha

I remember playing this demo as a kid. I always found the end screen at 26:10 bittersweet for some reason. Also, maybe it's the Mandela effect, but I could've sworn there was a PS1 demo disc that had a UFC game along with Spyro 3.

Until the Reignited Trilogy was made available on the Nintendo Switch, this demo was the only Spyro I ever played. I never got the full game or any of its predecessors. The Playstation had primarily been my older brother's until he got a PS2 and gave me the PS1 he had. I remember seeing the instructions to unlock the demo in the Crash Bash manual and getting really excited about playing a second game "hidden" on the disc.

your brother was kind of jerk, that he gave you his old ps1 when he got ps2. when i was a kid, me and my sister had a ps2 that we were sharing. weren't you playing together?

@@McSqueezy The Nintendo 64 was primarily mine and the Playstation was primarily his. He is about 3 and a half years older than me, and we were entering the phase in which sharing was found to be inconvenient for both of us. My parents encouraged sharing when we were younger, but once we started acquiring things on our own with our own money, it turned from "please share" to "understand that he bought it with his own money and he doesn't have to share if he doesn't want to". Both of us understood this. The Playstation 2 was exclusively his, and the Gamecube was exclusively mine. Of course we're both grown men now and are happy to play on each others' hardware (if we're actually in the same state, he lives a 4 hour plane ride away from me now), given the chance.

I remember having a Spyro demo disc I'm not sure if any other games are on it but I remember there was specifically in icy Peak level and it had the ice Gondola and you could like run around the tube tracks in the mountains and then the other level was an underground water cave I want to say there was a third level like dealing with a beach or something but I cannot for the life of me find this demo disc anywhere that it existed even. And it's really bugging me because I know I did not hallucinate a purple dragon in an icy Mountain flying with fairy things. I didn't start doing acid until last year.

this was just a demo, i bet they made this disc as a prototype of spyro 3 and changed a lot of stuff in the final product
