Hey, everyone. Just wanted to let you know in advance that the next episode of the playthrough will most likely be delayed for a few days or, at most, a week. But when it's ready, I'll upload that and the next couple episodes or so in a row, rather than every other day like the playthrough's been going thus far. I used to be able to fly through EVERY stage easliy back in the day but for some reason this stage has stuffed me up for the first time since the very first time I played the game many years ago... I have finished this game dozens of times over the years but for some reason I am forgetting how to do the things I need to do on this stage, that is why I am here! lol As soon as you said 'you can play as sgt byrd in the stage not as a side stage' I knew what I forgot - that was all that was left in the stage, it was doing my head in! :) Thanks.

I understand the reference of the wolf part. The line Mowat in the game says "Never Cry Wolf" is actually a non-fiction book called "Never Cry Wolf" by a guy named Farley Mowat who studied arctic wolves and that's what his book is all about. I read it in school.

That "steadily softening whimpers" line MESSED ME UP as a child, and even now I'm pretty sure it's implied that the dog is dying in the hole........

This is my favourite level in the game. Sgt. Byrd's mission is really fun and the skateboard park is awesome.

I love the skateboarding theme here, it was only ever heard in the PS1 demos here in the UK, we just got the theme from Desert Ruins in this bit and the Dog mission. Which didn't really fit IMO, have to say that I have never been able to beat the course records for these so well done on that one.

Fun fact: You can actually talk to Ooga as Spyro. The only thing that changes is he asks if Spyro's on vacation, too.

I just realized, the next, what would you call it? Main hub kinda area, like after the next boss that holds all the different levels, is probably my favourite area, as when i think of this game i usually think of all of those levels it holds more than anything haha, also, they're just really good levels :3

For some reason the NPC's in this level remind me of Lazlow from GTA 5. Maybe it's the pony tail
