Luckily I cancelled my flight yesterday back to Singapore! Always flew back to SG with SQ every year 4times! From Singapore to London. From London to Singapore. Hopes all the passengers and crews will get back on their feet. Condolences to British passenger family’s that died from heart attack.

I hope airlines enforce and restrict the weight of cabin luggage. I have seen cabin luggage doors pop open during a turbulent flight to Sydney. Imagine the head injury from falling heavy luggage.

We need to know more about what turbulence it was before making hasty judgement against the passengers, pilots, and Boeing. Clear air turbulence isn't detectable by weather radars, so any plane can get screwed over by it

When this episode has passed these ppl will have fear & ptsd. There is no cure for internal, mental, emotional & trauma wound. Counsellor & therapy can help in the healing & recovery journey but its a long process (stages, trigger, crying); it depends on the person. You cannot unlearn trauma, accident, it continues to repeat in your mind. Sleep will be impacted, relationship will be impacted, The person look normal but has become withdrawn, sometimes crying, staring in the air, hasn't come to term, the trauma still inside, show care & patience; do not leave the person alone; if it reached depression & the person cannot cope it will lead to suicide.

It seemed that SIA should not use the STAR Alliance liveries for this SQ321, but should have the standard SIA liveries. Remember the SQ flight that crashed in Taipei after taking off? What liveries did it have? A very colorful liveries... So, SIA should go back to the standard SIA liveries

On what grounds? Turbulence is beyond the ability of anyone to control. If the guy was seated and had a heart attack from stress, that’s nobody’s fault. The plane had an emergency landing at the first opportunity possible. The airline did all they could in extreme circumstances. Unless there is more to the story, then simply put - there is no grounds for a lawsuit.

@@skypirate2199 I don’t doubt that, but this is simply case where, best case scenario, Singapore Airlines agrees to settle out of court. And that’s looking at it from a best possible outcome scenario. It’s just not a case that has a lot of good to hope for. Now, I’m no lawyer or law expert, so if I’m wrong, I’m happy for someone to explain how I’m mistaken with their own knowledge and understanding, but based on my limited knowledge, that’s all I got to share.

@@goldencatsup the question is Binary : is SIA SQ321 cabin area secured with camera? If so, was it running? If not, is it according to some internet info for privacy concerns for passengers. If so, what happens if incidents occur in the cabin like drunk passenger stabbing another? Even on buses there can be cameras. Is privacy concern more important than security concern? So, I only have questions and no answers

Investigation result haven't out yet. Why so sure it's definitely weather? It can be human error or mechanical failure! Besides apologising & rendering help to injured passengers. SIA should also refund & compensate to all the passengers on board!
