Tacobellisban yes MIddle Eastern Coalition it’s a fictional force but most people believe it is closest to the Iranian army, and then you also have the insurgents also of middle eastern origin and militia is supposed to be from an Eastern European origin former soviet bloc like the rebels in Ukraine all of which use older Russian weapons and gear except for the MEC that use a combination of different stuff.
