Great advice on technique for advanced players. Notice acceptance of right foot in front ("wrong foot" in the old school). To hit drops well, club players usually need first to practice creating space around the ball, getting the racquet head back and up early, keeping the wrist firm, bracing the legs before impact and following through.

Does anyone know where to buy the Instruction DVDs by Mike Way: Power Squash 1-4, especially vol. 4 on Footwork and Courtmovement? and have it shipped to Europe for a reasonable price?

@Domin8tor1000 advanced players hit with either foot stepping in, depending on the circumstances (optimal foot). at their speed and tempo of rallies, when taking the ball early they often don't have time to swing their hips and feet into position to step in "textbook" style. they tend to plant the lead foot for balance right before hitting so they support their weight on the leg, bend the knee, and push off of their shots ASAP

@huntrichardson spot on with the footwork at any level be it professional that is not correct from there you loose accuracy and an element of deception but great player

Mike Way is Jonathon Power's old coach, so I doubt you are a better coach than him.
