I love acorn squash. And Red Kuri ❤ I made homemade tomato soup last week and gave it to my father and made him a few grilled cheese sammies. he loves tomato soup with grilled cheese but I’ll try this twist on the classic. Thanks Pasquale!

I have made similar with pumpkin and potatoes in the past. Bacon added to that one tastes real good. I will try this one probably, it is very similar and will taste fantastic. Another great recipe, thank you! I did try it out in the end, I did not have the fresh leaves, but the rest went together so good, very tasty. It actually is similar to the pumpkin one and taste is very nice.

Where do you get bread like that?! I live in MA and even in the Italian bakeries all the scali bread is kind of soft crust, not the real hard crust like that.
