hes the best i love him and started cooking on youtube because I saw him during covid,I'm a small bug still trying to learn. he's the real deal so authentic amazing. he deserves all his popularity. so humbling to hear he was a school janitor,that's why he is so genuine and giving with his love of food,its like he's teaching his kids to make the dish. YES! "Ditto"; exactly what you said, word for word, YES! I miss my grandfather so much, but me and my grandma just turned 43/93! (We have the same birthday, 50 years apart) She's still cooking, just like Pasquale, although she lets us "kids" make the ravioli and the Christmas cookies these days.

What shocked me here is that he was a chef in Italy and he has this wonderful gift for cooking but yet, he was only a janitor here in the United States. My Mom, my Aunt and Grandparents lived in New Brunswick, until they moved to California back in 1952- 1953. God blesses only a few people to succeed. If you have never watched him do his homemade spaghetti sauce you have to watch that video it’s amazing!! it’s a lot of the way that I was taught but he goes way overboard with the amount and his process is one of a kind.
