stan efferding as well, I just met that guy at the airport and talked to him for like an hour after the NPGL proday in SF and he has a lot of crazy knowledge bombs to drop and a super humble nice guy as well

There isn't really a debate on this topic. Its like real Italians debating over what ingredients are in Ragu. It's a waste of time. 1. Anyone who's lifted for more than five minutes knows where to get unflavored/untouched Whey protein. 2. We buy these products because they have other stuff in them. 3. If your diet is unhinged because of 5g or protein you have other problems. 4. If you're that bothered by the potential that the ingredients in MP are not as high as advertised,,, see #1 and move on.

Great interview, awesome story. Q: concerning the squat intermission.. Are there recommendations for front rack mobility and positioning?... I just can't get it to rest like that. I end up holding the weight the entire time. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

***** Somewhat correct. First of all that's ONE exception which almost proves the rule itself. Also, I remember reading that once he stopped training so often his strength levels skyrocketed. That's just what I remember reading, so take that as you will.

Cory Gregory Cory my squat has gone up 82lbs by Day 85 of the Squat Every Day plan. I am 5ft. 3 and weigh 132lbs. I am confident I will squat 3 plates by day 100 or earlier! Just wanted to say thank you and will put out a review on August 15th when I finish. I hope you will watch it?

Hahha give or take. 3 plates roughy convert to 315 in kilos , thats the best I ever did. Video is on my youtube page, with all my squats in it from day 100

my friend alex at my school he doing 285 on cleans and is a junior. i do 205 on cleans easy and have crappy form at a bw of 155. there another kid that does 240 at a bw of 165. they should probably be doing more on cleans haha
