Squats and deadlifts week 1
First real training session since I completed in my strongman competition.
Week 1 squat 100 kg x 5 reps x 3 sets
deadlift 120 kg X 5 reps x 3 sets

That first week back training I just concentrate on form Col getting some reps in and then like you say start building back up 💪

good tip from me: If you have a cold with or without a fever, you should not exercise. Sport puts a huge strain on the immune system and also on the heart and lungs. It can lead to myocarditis and this usually leads to sudden cardiac death. Get well and regain your strength, then start training again easily without any problems and get back into shape.
