Need a video like this for shoulder and wrist clicking
@asura1877
@asura1877 Жыл бұрын
Reverse butterfly‘s with low weight, and lower traps warm ups with external shoulder rotation and a band. Rotate thumbs up, while pulling the band to the lower part of your chest and hold. Helps to move your shoulders back and stabilise, when you do chest exercises. Rotator cuffs and backhead of the shoulder are often weak if lats and chest are over developed and cause wrong posture for benching.
@hjelmstad2
@hjelmstad2 Жыл бұрын
I cured my wrist clicking once I hit my 30s and tried some new things on it. What worked: banded stabilizations for isometric holds, wrist roller (the kind where you roll the string up by twisting a stick), hammer pronation. Developing grip strength balanced with extensor strength is also helpful.

There are bubbles popping in the joint, it's absolutely normal as long as there's no pain. Sitting on your heels (with all your BW) & your feet under your butt with your feet top side down and hold that position for as close to 2 min as possible at first 30 sec is torture but if you push through it your knees will go from popping every bend to once every few days. I also use the horse stance and now have minimal popping. 👍🏼

im not exactly sure if these workouts will truly help in your case, and if they do, your pain and creakiness will most likely not go away. if you havent already gotten it checked out, please do so. your knees are the worst joints to damage, because they will most likely never get better. like if you have meniscus damage, you may have better results by getting the damaged portions surgically removed. i really hope you feel better!
