Beautiful music. Linsey, where’s the bell?
@SquealyD11 күн бұрын
replaced by a very small bell section made from the Australian timber mulga - I lose the low Eb but gain a more balanced tone for the low E and F and most importantly make it more portable and lighter to carry in to locations like this one :) and it now fits into the smallest and most beautiful cylindrical wooden bass clarinet case.

In the Slavic group of languages it means Guests.
@SquealyD11 күн бұрын
@@theblakesterian yes ...inspired by the Macedonian word for Guests as you say. We are all guests in many ways. Guests on this planet, guests on this continent (Australia) and have been guests of numerous musicians from various cultures who have generously shared their music with us and inspired us throughout our lives.

is that a bass clarinet without the bell? Doesn't it change the key as there's less length of the bore?
