Franco Renda mostly in the cooler months. But occasionally. The Bay islands and western side of south Moreton work okay throughout the year.

Hi Wayne thank you for sharing your great tips and spots I have enjoyed the channel. We are heading to Sandstone point for 10 days on holiday with kids. Was wondering are the squid targetable land based in this area and is it too early in the year to target them yet? I have been trying my luck around the Caloundra and Mooloolaba area as thats where I'm based but haven't caught a thing yet.

Terry Spokes the Rous channel at the bottom end of Moreton has Sand crabs most of the year round
