The bigger point on "Squid Game" and it popularity is how the Korean Wave has taken the world by storm. After watch tons of Korean dramas or Kdramas and movies online I have to say that S Korea really knows how to produce some really good tv series and movies that in my view beat out Hollywood.

the thing is, if you lose the game of capitalism, it *can* kill you. For instance, in the US, lots of people die because they can't afford healthcare. Poorer people don't live as long as wealthier people. And their lives can be lived in constant misery. So the real difference is that you're not directly murdered - but the system itself is definitely deadly. I also love the challenge with the glass-plate bridge. It's a great metaphor for life. For instance, investing in the stock market. you never know which choice may make you rich or bankrupt you.

Hunger games would have been much better if it was rated R and more realistic. It was created as a pathetic childrens version

This was written before Hunger Games. Similar type of genre.

Great actors play in this movie and also people love movies with games where people fight to death, it's the most attractive genre ever. I loved the actor who played the old man and also the main actor, they were stunning together.

idk if it's just me but every time there's a series generating so much hype, it makes me avoid the series at all cost. but then hey, im here, on a series-related video.

I was the same but you know sometimes the hype is worth it. Go for it. Watch its unique and entertaining.

you're really missing out. Sometimes popularity is justified.
@ritchiebesas6313 жыл бұрын
ive already downloaded it for offline viewing but ill be watching it only if the hype dies down or if another series is the talk of the town
@mistergeopolitics44563 жыл бұрын
@@ritchiebesas631 Well the hype will only be growing. It's better than 99% of shows or entertainment out there. Well worth watching. After the first episode, I ended up watching the entire series.
