Hmm don't think it was the chair. The ac part near the chair was like floppy it looked like she couldn't get comfortable grip. Probably figured it would break and she wouldn't be able to get back up.

Maybe she never saw a chair up close not did she ever stepped on one therefore she was very cautious, after all this not her usual surrounding and although she has trust in her human friend, fast escaping is still highly important. And on the subject of nuts, you have never talked about beechnuts, is there a reason ? Oncemore, thank you for your lovely videos, they bright my day !

I think your inspection scores will probably be a little higher this time (although you’ll undoubtedly lose a few points due to the nutshell fragments all over the carpet… 😉). Best be careful though, if things carry on like this, one day you’ll come home & find they’ll have changed the locks & you’ll be eating *your* dinner al fresco, from a ceramic bowl on the windowsill… 😂

Squirrels are such fun, inquisitive little dears! This weekend I thought kids were playing with my front door as I kept hearing it rattle. I finally went out and there was a squirrel climbing to my window screen and trying to break in. If they can get in my porch where I keep all the nuts and birdseed they won't need me anymore. 😂

I used to have some raccoons too, but it's been a long time since I saw them. They used to come during the night and they never bothered the squirrels. All animals have their role in nature and they all need food and love.

Thank you so much, this video really made my day. Have lots of health issues & had a high pain day today & this really cheered up & took my mind off the pain. They are so cute. Its been too hot for me to stay outside long with the squirrels that visit me so I have just kept up with making sure they have fresh cool water often & nuts but I can't sit out there long with them cuase the high heat is bad for my health issues. We have dogs so I couldn't ever let the squirrels inside my place.

We started wearing heavy sweats to protect our bodies because she wanted to climb all over us like a tree lol, but our hands still got pretty scratched up. We didn't want to wear gloves. It was worth it though. 😊 Hopefully your drapes aren't fancy. 😂 I had to make sure nothing fancy was out, otherwise it might get damaged lol.

I wonder if it smelled too chemically for her. Squirrels have stronger noses than people, and the way she was reacting reminds me of how I react when I smell a strong, uncomfortable chemical smell. (Of course, without as much tail-waving!) Glad you gave her a nut to make up for it!
