I don't usually like to comment on youtube but you deserve some kudos for this... I know bars this size are somewhat unnecessary and uncomfortable, but for youtube this is a real crowd pleaser... Even those of us really interested in the chemistry and technique sometimes can't help but want to see big fat bar as a guilty pleasure, and man, you did it! You know the risks involved better than anyone but from the audience perspective, what a treat...

If you notice, there’s a brick parked behind the graphite mold to hold it in place so it wouldn’t move as I rested the crucible on the edge of the mold during the pour. I had it sitting on the ring stand as a counter weight. I needed something kind of heavy to keep the gas bottle from toppling. So I used my lead dispenser to replace the brick that I removed. That’s it. Simple as a pimple.

We used to use 600 tons of sufuric acid a day plus hundreds of other chemicals, 400 tons per hour of earth feed into the mill and 18000 pounds per 8 hours shift out of the facility. Have you ever considered taking the oxy torch, heating the poured bar back up a bit (about 900*c) and then using the torch to just touch up the edges of the bar by melting the high spots back into it? It takes some practice, but I’ve had some amazing bars come out after trying a few times :)
