Corn පිටි එකතු කරලා ඉක්මනට හදාගන්න බැරිද

මේ වීඩියෝ එකෙ අපි කියනවා වගේ, සාම්ප්‍රදායික ක්‍රමයට දොදොල් හදනවට වඩා මේ විදියට හදනකොට රස, නියම දොදොල් රසට වඩා ටිකක් අඩුයි. ඒනිසා corn flour එකතු කරලා හදන්න ගියොත් නම් කිසිම රසක් නැතිවෙයි, මොකද corn flour වලින් ඉක්මනට තද වෙන ගතියක් තමයි එන්නෙ 🙂

මේ ප්‍රමාණවලින් දොදොල් කොච්චර (බර) හදන්න පුලුවන්ද ?

අපිට බර නම් බලන්න බැරිවුනා. ගත්ත ප්‍රමාණ වලින් අඟල් 1.5 වගේ කෑලි (දිග,පළල ,උස), 12ක් කපාගන්න පුලුවන් වුනා 😊

Definitely not ගල්. Ape amma and a lot of channels have made this, no big recipe, you just take thick coconut milk, which reduces the preparation time immensely
