Today, I would like to show how to make Sri Lankan Fish Stew (මාළු ස්ටු නියම රසට)
(Malu stu, Maalu Stew)
INGREDIENTS
500g of Thalapath(Sail fish)
6-8 Green chilis halved
2 Small brown onions cut into thing rings
2 Garlic bulbs and piece of ginger crushed
1 Sprig of curry leaves
4-5 Pieces of pandan leaves (Rampe)
Enough crushed black pepper
1 tsp of curry powder
1 tsp of mustard seeds soaked in 2 tsp of vinegar
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Vinegar
Oil
3/4 cup of lite coconut milk
