Respected Sri M, when you say that the Chakradharana needs to be practiced between the Kriya and Silent meditation, specifically on the Kriya part, what kind of Kriya do you mean? Is it a specific exercise? Can it be Ham-Sau? Nauli kriya maybe? Where exactly can I find the right Kriya and is it that the Kriya exercises are THAT MUCH subjective as many say?

Some newer western interpretations messed things up, for example they were attributing colours based on the rainbow. There are also a few discrepancies in the original sacred texts however. But I think Sri M's interpretation is a mix of Arthur Avalon's ones as well as his own personal experience.

Why the pronunciations with an आ sound in the words like मूलाधारा मणीपुरा etc?

Because in samskritam you pronounce the “Aa” at the end but in hindi you drop the “aa”. Example; ramA, shivA, yogA, in Sanskrit but in hindi it’s; ram, shiv, yog etc...
