I don't understand why the Honda VTX 1800 is not on here, but I got mine delivered to my shop in Chattanooga Tennessee. The Guy was 4⅐ hours away in a little part of Alabama. I bought the bike and even give the guy a hundred dollar bill for gas. I have a total of $3,600 in it and it's only got 22,000 original miles on it. I am the second owner and I just changed the oil for the third time in it's life time.

I've got a 1800c . Stripped 172 .7 lbs off of it . It's was a blast stock , but now it's just a beast . Dropped the heavy exhaust, cut off every bracket not structural, cut of rear pegs , saved 15lbs by going with a set of cnc aluminum controls , solo seat , cut 75% of the fenders off , switch housings gone , ignition is gone ( just a little 2 oz switch now) saved 11lbs by going with a lithium battery, aluminum pegs , put lightweight aluminum spoke wheels on it and many other heavy weight crap off and gone. Oh , and I also personally lost 50 lbs myself ,215 down to 165 ish. Next I'm looking for a small shot of nitrous , if I can figure out how much this engine can handle without blowing up.

Man, it's sad that it is a rare occurrence to see the 3rd generation Honda Magnas mentioned on any list. 12.5 1/4 mile, 4.5 0-60, dirt cheap and reliable, smooth and able to take a corner, always left behind on lists because it is a 750cc V4. Love that bike

Flat Six, I never heard it called that before but makes total sense. I've always called it the boxer engine, and they're phenomenal. Some of the most reliable engines are flat six, like Subaru and Goldwing. I'd take the Valkyrie of all of those, for longevity.

Ive been in love with the thought of riding for a long time but now even more my brother had dreams of starting a bike club within our family its all he talked about and its the one thing that made him truly happy he would tell me get a bike bro we have to ride i was the only one without a bike. Well he was killed on the second of August in a shooting and i never got the chance to ride with him we are keeping his original logo concept but now will call it johnnys riders in memory of him but unfortunately i lost my job do to a work injury soo i didnt have the funds to buy a bike at the time and ride with him and its one of my biggest regrets. Recently i was givin his helmet and i js look at it daily and i say one day bro i js wanna ride i js wanna feel some peice of my brother again im js asking for help i feel like god brang me to your channel for a reason bcz at this moment im falling apart with him being gone. Im js asking if there is any chance that u have a bike that u do not use? Or maybe something i can work for u to own? i js wanna ride for him thats all and i realize this is a long shot but i js dont know what to do anymore i js keep praying and begging god for some form of an angel to help me get through all this.. Anyways thank u for what u do brother god bless u and everything u do and i hope this message reachs you some how..

V45 Magna is very quick and not too heavy at 500lb. V65 is an absolute animal, but heavier and higher seat height. Both can be had well under $5k. Of the bunch, I personally prefer the 85-86 VF700C and you can get a mint one for under $2k. Best bargain out there and seriously under-appreciated bikes. Also watch out for Ducati Diavel prices coming down. They can be had for $7k now and put every bike on this list to shame. Absurdly fast bikes.

The VTX 1800 is a great bike to flip, as well. Found a T model, guy wanted $3k. Talked him down to $2k. Old guy, original owner, in much too bad of shape to ride anymore. The bike needed some TLC after sitting for a couple years. Had bags and a wonderfully comfortable Mustang seat. Replaced brake pads, tires, fuel pump, and all new fluids. About 6 to 8 hours of cleaning/polishing wheels and chrome. Had about $700 and 12-15 hours of work into it. Sold it for $5300. Was a nice flip, but kind of wish I kept that bike. Was a great cruiser.

I rode a 2020 demo scout and I found the seating poster way too close to a sportbike in my opinion. Power was super smooth and shifting was relatively smooth other than 1st and 2nd gear, those are a little rough like most other bikes. I also found the suspension a little jarring even for minor bumps in the road(and im also young!) other than that, with a few upgrades the bike would be completely awesome.

Dude, my wife of 41 years rides. Her first scooter was a Kawasaki 800 V-Twin with a 36 tooth rear sprocket. 10 hr putts @ 80 mph....no problem. Then she bought a 2006 HD Deluxe. Now her favorite scooter of all, '96 HD Springer FX. When we bought it in 2010 it dynode @ 120 HP. It Was fast! In 2014 the factory computer with rev limiter (5500rpm) failed and I put old school points & condenser in. Wow, this Ladies bike has no rev limit. @ 7 or 8,000 rpm it must be pulling 140-150 HP. And bud she knows how to ride fast including reverse steering. She really turns me on. Out here on the Left Coast you could always find us going to Ventura riding side by side holding hands @ 80 mph down I-5. Love your tube & Love your prayers brother. Be Blessed

3:56 LOL, F1 car, you nailed it. Let's say I wanted to back off the power a little and do tight turns and add a passenger for cruising, is there one for that?

I got my motorcycle licence a few years ago and just now have decided to finally get a cruiser. I'm 6'4, 235lbs, and need something that provides comfort due to a hip replacement 2 years ago and about 85% range of motion in the hip now after the surgery, which is way better then before. Before the surgery I was going to get the m109r but when I sat on it the seat is ridiculously wide! And put too much strain on my hip. What about the V-Rod? Or any other suggestions? I wanted to get something over 1000cc

Depending on year and model. Prices are going up. My 92 vmx12d. 5328 orig. Miles is going up in price. Mine has the gold on cam covers and in windows in front rim. Also clutch and water pump covers. Was told by a couple different peeps that it's a full power special edition. Dont know for sure, but one offered me 10g for. And I turned down with no regrets. Still looks new. People always ask is that a new bike. Yeah 28yrs ago. Only mods are stage 7 kit and ufo 4-1 dragstars.

@@garry3013 Very nice! Most I know had to change their seats almost immediately. I kept my stock but i have to admit, it was one of the least comfy seats, especially when riding longer than 30 minutes.

@@anthonysilvestri4946 that would probably be the smart choice. My issue is, I don’t want a bike that I cannot use on the highway to commute, and or something I will get bored with fairly quickly. Also, I don’t believe in the resale market enough to buy such a small bike.

@@gregryan1149 Craigslist but watch out for bikes that were abused or not taken care of (left out in the rain, etc) or on CycleTrader.com - they have better examples but might cost a little more, worth it tho IMO
