Sorry I have to ask did you ever work at IHOP in Fort Wayne years ago, you remind me of a guy named Mike that was a cook there, this would have been over 20+ years ago, if not my apologies, still an informative video.

First off, youre an extremely irresponsible person doing this video while driving. Also for being an electrical engineer you should know that the solenoid in the fuse box is called a relay. For people trying to diag this. Once you determine the battery isnt weak or loose terminals and causing the issue. Pull the starter relay in the fuse box. On the relay it shows the pin numbers and location. Jump pin 87 in the fuse box to the positive jumper post with a 40amp fused jumper cable. This bypasses all the computer controls. That pin goes to the terminal on the starter for the solenoid, thru 2 connectors (tipm and a body connector). If it does turn the engine over you have an issue on the control side/bcm. If you hear the solenoid click but no crank - high possibility the motor brushes are worn out, armature has an open, solenoid tips are arced out causing high resistance or battery cables to the starter motor high resistance or connection issue. No click sound heard - your solenoid coil on the starter is open or issue in the wiring from the fuse box to the solenoid.
