6:13 once I had my id stolen my the ninja (well actually they demanded I give my id or else I would die) and I had to deal with this hop who wants their paperwork filled out in a specific way, you mess one thing up and they will stamp it with about 100 denied stamps and tell you to go to the back of the line and try again.
