SSBM Character Mod | Classic Mode as Luigi

i had to do it i just had to
also again shoutout to gamerfreak and itaru for being my inspiration towards the luigi mod, this is hopefully the last video i make out of this guy beating down the entirety of melee's cast (then there's the first match against mewtwo...)
if anyone wants the file to make luigi ridiculously op please let me know in the comments to share it here but keep in mind i might still do changes to the buffs graphic-wise
as for all-star mode i would post that one aswell but on all of my attempts the game can't handle the crazy amount of damage and simply crashes on the last level :(
