The kid was 5 month old , their parents had a doubt whether their child is hyperactive or not , being active playfully at this stage is very common that is not fall under hyper activity , these are just stages of baby growth like that doctor said

Check the age weight calculator and see the weight and the height to be acheived is normal.. If it is below the normal range then consult withh the pediatrician. . Weight differs for each nd every child...every child is unique,,, so don worry... And to the people who judge yu ,,, study about the child milestones and speak out bravely even if the judginf one are yur parents or someone yu care...stay strong
