Played some last night and boi its insane. Even crazier is that transformations have different animations. When i went ssj2 i got the cell right animation with the red line❤ ❤

Sound effects were superb. Appreciated the plasma energy (electricity) sound effects. Gohan’s Kamehameha word pronouncians were epic and cool. Appreciated super saiyans ultimate move - was a nod to kid gohans ultimate move. Looked dramatic. Though Father -Son Kamehameha is smaller than I would have liked, its has a few dramatic pauses. Wanted the blast to be even bigger like it was in the anime, destroy the ground underneath, and destroy the opponent like in BT3. At least they put some time into Teen Gohan. “That's enough” is cool! You have to really watch the anime to determine the best stuff to use, because its more popular. So, still hoping that they make story-mode specific art, so we can enjoy the beautiful cinema story art along with this gameplay.

Guys tell me if I am tripping or not, but I’m a little disappointed about that teen gohan :/ 1. He looks a little too young for me. 2. That could just be a preference but I think Stephanie Nadolnys Voice suits him better 3. His muscles aren’t defined enough. Just look at his arms in the beginning when he is talking and I think you will get what I mean. That does not look like someone who went through intense training for one year straight Please tell me if you agree with me or not

They need to do it like Tenkaichi 3 where your opponent gets obliterated instead of them being dead on the ground when you do an ultimate like Father-Son Kamehameha...

Man this is the best video game , I just think they should add a more intense sound when hitting the opponent , like Tekken 8, and the water effects , those could be improved , other than that this and GTAV6 are the best upcoming video games

I'm fine with a few punches. Vegeta's Spirit Breaking Canon was only a few hits in T3. The hits in this Gohan's case is that the hits lack an impact

@@calvinbrown5597 Yeah if its like crushing blows then thats cool. Like Super Vegeta's rush attack. Its like 3 heavy blows with cool animation and thats actually sick. But a lot of those super rush attack are just like a few small hits what no cool animation. I would rather have some fast punches then those. Look up Goku end meteor combination in Tenkaichi 3.

The Tenkaichi games were always called 'Sparking' in Japan, if I'm remembering right anyway 'Budokai' was only added to the titles in the Western releases. Mainly to draw a link between these and the 3 OG Budokai games and raise popularity, despite them being made by completely different people.

For me, the game (and any dbz game for that matter) is only as good as teen Gohan. That said, Id rate this Gohan a 7 out of 10. Pretty good. I'm not sure I gave Gohan anything higher, but its even with a few. Perhaps Kakarot has an 8 for cinema (story-mode super saiyan 2 Gohan). But Sparking Zero is showing potential for 8 as well. There have been other eights from other games: bt3. Budokai was 7.5-8.0. Budukai 2 was a mess! Budokai 3 a little better (get the hair right guys!)

People talking about who will be their main like gameplay of different characters will be really differ from character to character like its supposed to be in a fighting game and there won't be copy characters and millions of characters who plays just the the same as a lot of another a characters how it was in every other bt game

Man kann also jetzt schon sagen, dass Gohan Ssj 2 sehr gut wird. Ein Fernkampfangriff und dazu noch ein Sprintangriff wird wahrscheinlich wieder wie bei tenkaichi 3 einer der besten sein.
