Undoubtedly the best teacher and video quality on KZbin. No lengthy animated introductions. No annoying music blaring in the background. Not a "silent" flicks with captions. Excellent animation that makes sense. Understandable terms used. I am now fully understanding the way components work and relate to each other better than ever.

One thing you forgot to mention is that the computer that wants to view secured web page actually needs to download the public key from the server in order to encrypt data. That happens with both SSL and TLS. Both private key and public key can be used for both encryption and decryption. So server only needs to send public key to the client and the encryption will still work both ways. Client encrypts data with server's public key while server encrypts data with its own private key. The other key is used by the other side for decryption. That's to ensure highly efficient traffic while maintaining good security.
