I stapled hardware cloth on my soffits to improve air flow rather than solid. With that dark roof you may consider the same especially for the summer months

VERY NICE JOB !! Love the look. Stay warm. We're north of you in Kalkaska county. Have had some pretty cold day's and nights but having a little warm spell, 30. But the bottom will fall out tomorrow night for a few days then warms back up. Crazy swing but very little snow. Thanks for sharing. God bless.

Think it's called Onduline, it's a really popular roofing solution over here we've got a bunch of it on various places. It's a really nice coop, given me some ideas for ours. Not sure we can get that side paneling over here though that would be really nice. Thanks for the vid series.

Your little building is shaping up nicely. Are you going to use solar lighting for basic illumination, or is it too shady there to work? Some collector panels can be mounted remotely while others are completely self-contained units.

For the lighting solutions, I have seen people us a string of the white Christmas lights like the 25 mini bulb set and that will more than light up the inside of that coop, and will be super cheap to use as well, just a sugestion we loved the video and gave me some ideas for my chicken coop future build thanks for sharing From your new friends in Lima Peru George & Carmen
