They were very close. A bit more heat to the Westy and more toffee but less raisin than the St B. In short I liked them both very much and seeing as how one is a bit easier to get, that will become my non-BBA quad choice! Wizard Burial Ground is still my BBA-Quad go to.

I have never had Westy 12 unfortunately by Abt 12 is probably my favorite beer. I had the Oak-aged version. I liked the original better but would never turn it down.

Never had the Oak Aged version, gonna have a look for it at our local craft beer store! So many good breweries in Belgium, we will start shooting short docs about Belgium breweries maybe this or else next year... :) Have you ever tried any craft beers from the Netherlands? I was a bit dissapointed by the lack of barrel considering it's over twice as expensive. also think cognac would have been a better choice.
