I have found this devotion a peace-of-mind devotional that has become a cornerstone of my love for Christ and His passion and death on his giving us the birth of His Church on His holy cross. The purpose of this prayer devotional is to help us bring into our souls how Christ gave His life for us, not just why. Each of the prayers reveal His Father's plan for us in being faithful to Jesus on the last day of His earthly life. How rich this devotional is, given to us from St. Bridget. I've used three other choices in her revelation from Christ, but this gift is the best, as it has given me in each moment a connection to Jesus' pupose for revealing it in the first place: a way to certain salvation in its purest form ---- avoiding the final purification in purgatory and in helping loved ones to their own salvation and a place on heaven. I've started this prayer to St. Bridgette . On May 22 24. I've been roaming around to find one, That's close to my heart, This is the One , your format is beautiful. Plus I added my Son and my prodigal daughter in law. I love her dearly. She is the mother of my 5 grandchildren. I also added my other daughter in law, she has suffered many bouts of leukemia. And now she goes into surgery . To remove tumors behind her eye. Mary and Jesus Give her a miracle. Her and my Son has just married.. I have an uncle who is old and I worry about his salvation. You understand my situation. It is hard to converse with him because he hardly hears you on the phone yet I want him to be saved because he treated me with goodness ever since I was a child. I just turned to the Blessed Mother for help. Then I remember this prayer. I used to pray this maybe 8 yrs. ago and stopped. I forgot the 5 promises but see God answers prayers because He said I can select 3 people that He will save. So now I pray it everyday for my sake, my family and added my uncle together with my 2 friends who helped me a lot. How wonderful it is to BE A ROMAN CATHOLIC. Your Uncle sounds like a blessed man, because he has prayers being said for him. So many people are forgotten or ignored when they have a slight disability. Prayers can be applied by God to any time during his life or if he needs Purgatory. We pray and ask Our Lady to intercede to her Son to apply these prayers during critical life moments that will be necessary for their Salvation. Your Faith, Hope and Love are wonderful gifts. Gifts like these help so many receive the fullness of Grace needed for Salvation. Our Lady, his Guardian Angel, St. Bridget, Saints with the same first name and you all intercede for you uncle's external life. This is an example of a "Person of good will" as we hear in the Gloria Prayer said in Mass. Thank you.

Please add me too in your prayers as I am praying for your group too everyday in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass (I am a Traditional Catholic almost goes everyday to ""The Traditional Catholic Latin Mass of the Roman Rite""" as it is called yesteryears Pre-1955). God blesses me too much He showed me where to go. I used to go to the NOVUS ORDO because the Latin Roman Rite was taken away from us but every day I go to the Mass my soul can not be at ease, I used to kneel down in the back corner of the church tears falling down my face. Then one day as I was kneeling in that same corner during the Mass, I called unto the Lord and said to Him, "" LORD, WHERE IS THAT OLD OLD MASS OF MY YOUTH?? MAYBE YOU TOOK IT AWAY BECAUSE WE ARE NOT WORTHY OF IT ANYMORE. BECAUSE WE DID NOT LOVE AND REVERE IT AND BECAUSE OF MY NUMEROUS SINS, I WAS OFFENDING YOU SO MUCH, SO I WAS PRAYING THE MEA CULPA, MEA CULPA. I TOLD HIM I SHOULD KNOW BETTER AND PRAY, DO PENANCE FOR MYSELF AND THE WHOLE WORLD TO ATONE FOR THE SINS OF THE WORLD BUT INSTEAD I JOINED THE WHOLE WORLD TO OFFEND THE GOODNESS OF MY GOD. SO I CONTINUED TO SHOW ME THE TRUE HOLY SACRIFICE OF THE MASS WHICH IS MORE PLEASING TO HIM. WHEN I CAME HOME HE SHOWED IT TO THIS SINNER. PRAISED BE TO JESUS CHRIST AND MARY. NOW AND FOREVER. AMEN. @@isabelincera5593 What we have done here is do the prayers twice a day. Once for 3 people and another for 3 more people. We believe that Our Master and Savior, Jesus, sees each one of our hearts with our faith and intentions when we pray. His examination and desire to give His Graces to those who follow and obey him are limitless. Offer Him your prayers and consider maybe doing a second set each day. We cannot speak on how these Graces may be distributed, but more prayer is very helpful when we are trying to rescue others. Thank you for your comments

Four Grandchildren mean four more Guardian Angels that are praying with us. Give each Grandchild a Special Blessing and it shall remain with them for their entire lives. The Special Blessing can be formed using the influence of the Holy Spirit and can include your own words. Make it Special by writing down the date and Blessing words and preserving it for them as a reminder gift in the future. The Blessing will be with them always. You can even print it and frame it and keep it in your home for them to see. Some simple examples: Find words in Scripture to include, like being humble, peace I give you, and a whole bunch of important things that Jesus told us. In one of my visions, that is 2 years ago, I was told to pray the seven our father prayer, but I did not understand or know about these prayers, so instead, I would just pray 7 time, our father prayer. But the voice kept insisting about these prayer. So I decided to speak to one of the priests, but he just told me how lucky I was that I was asked to pray these prayer. So, I decided to google them, and finally, I found them and since then, I have been praying these prayers. So finding this video, is really a blessing. Thank you so much and may the Good Lord continue blessing you and your team. About two weeks ago, I heard again the same voice asking me to pray, the prayers of St. Catherine of Siena, I would really appreciate, if you could help me with those prayers too. Some disconnect the line, some hear the ring and don't answer, some send to voicemail thinking they will put it off until later, but some answer the call and follow. From Larry Shanahan, I asked a question a while back in regards to if this prayer is valid and approved by the church. It is and this is what is said. This devotion was pronounced good and recommended by both the 'Sacro Collegio de propaganda fife', as well as by Pope Clement X11. And Pope Innocent X confirmed this revelation as being from the Lord. On March 22 it will be 3 years for me and all of us. I will say this prayer till my dying day because it reminds me of what was done to get me and all of us to Heaven. Please let me know your comments. Sincerely Larry Shanahan.

My apologies for the delay in responding. Your question was well presented, but finding original sources and information became difficult. Much of the internet is filled with conflicting information. Publications of many different prayers have been altered and some even changed from the original wording. In this case, the prayers seem to have no conflict with Catholic teachings. The promises were of a source that could not be verified to declare them complete and in the original form. As with any Grace and Indulgence, God is the decision maker and Judge when it comes to souls. Jesus reminded us that nothing would be impossible with God for those with faith. Our prayer group believes that with the reception of the Holy Sacraments, including sincere confessions within the Sacrament of Reconciliation, that we will have a soul that is open to receiving Graces. (We believe this includes the promises). Jesus spoke to the leaders of the Jewish faith and exposed them for leading and praying with little or no faith. They believed that if they went through a routine, that they would get their rewards. Jesus wanted us to pray with faith and devotion. We believe if we pray these prayers for 12 years in faith and die in a state of Grace, then we will receive these promises. Don't let sin, especially mortal sin, separate you from the Saving Grace that Jesus is offering us. Re-learn about the Sacrament of Reconciliation and see how critical it is to free us from sin. God does know our limitations on time and attention. What we do, is to do this prayer twice a day, with the intentions of 3 people per prayer. There is no official answer, but if you can't do a second set per day, then ask for God to 'multiply' the prayers and extend it to those others you want to include. The concluding prayer was taken from the "Order of the Mass" in the "Liturgy of the Eucharist" section and after the "Lamb of God" prayer. We pray this prayer, because most people do not hear this during the Mass. It is a silent prayer option said by the Priest or Bishop. The prayer is our way of connecting a part of our Mass into prayer that we do daily. It is not part of the requirement for the indulgences of this prayer, but an extra "Thank You" to our Master for being so wonderful. First of all - Thank you for joining our family. We don't say this enough, but we are very pleased so many people pray with us daily. The 12 year prayers and the 15 year prayers are valid prayers, but the promises attached are from unverified origin. We can personally hope for the promises, but it is not verified. St. Bridget prayed for years, because she wanted to know the number of blows Jesus' suffered during His Passion. St. Bridget lived in the 1300's. so her knowledge came from Divine Revelation of Jesus. The 15 prayers from St. Bridget help us honor the 5480 blows to Jesus' Body He suffered prior and during His death. One year adds up to 5475 wounds to Jesus, but the other 5 wounds are the Sacred Wounds that we honor separately, (Left and Right Hands, Left and Right Feet, Piercing of Jesus' Heart though the wound on his side). We believe that we honor Him, not because we are getting payment with the promises, but that He suffered this torture and death to give us the Graces we need to run to His Mercy for our salvation. It also allows us to ask for these Graces for others from all times. The 12 year prayers remind us of the 7 times Jesus' shed His Blood for us during his life. With the knowledge of how much Jesus suffered for us, we are reminded to offer our own sufferings to Jesus to help others, like He did. You have asked a very good question. Thank you.

They are added in, because our prayer group, started using them years ago. It was not included in the original words from St. Bridget. It was added in the same way that some use this little prayer with the Rosary, between decades, as a sign of respect to the Holy Family for sharing this Prayer Gift with us. The Rosary makes no demands or requirements to use that small prayer between the decades and neither do these prayers. Thank you for your question.

I believe you are refering to the 6th grouping of prayers honoring the love Jesus displayed during the Crucifixion. It refers to the nailing of His Hands and Feet. The three streams are represented in the ordinary form; one stream from His Left Hand, one stream froom His Right Hand, and one combined stream from His Feet. It is from these wounds that His Precious Blood flowed as a sacrafice for the New Covenant.

I have a question about this prayer. I was told that this prayer was not approved by the Catholic Church. I have been doing this prayer for 2 and a half years and plan on doing it for the twelve years or more. I DON'T want to go purgatory. I have seen what purgatory is like on you tube. It scares me. I want a straight path to Heaven. I also pray the seven sorrows of our Blessed Mother.I love her promises and I want them in my life. Lary Shanahan you should never let the thought of Purgatory scare you. The souls there are consoled knowing that they have been saved and are going to be in Heaven some day. They even understand that they are not perfect enough for Heaven or to be in the presence of God. These souls would rather be there, in purgatory, than back on this earth in their body. So take heart and be steadfast knowing that God is good and merciful. We don't go to Heaven based on how many prayers we say, although prayer is very good and leads us to Jesus and we must pray because that is our conversation with God. But, our lives are judged by good works and deeds, and how we loved others. Just be a good person to everyone you meet. Be like Christ in all things and God will be good to you. We all have fears of one thing or another because we are human and we are weak. Ask Mother Mary to help you in this struggle and pray to your guardian angel and St. Michael the archangel for protection and strength. And don't forget the Divine Mercy image and prayer Jesus, I Trust In You. I pray that God Bless you and give you His peace.

You are correct. The prayer ends after the 7th prayer. Our Prayer Group extends our gratitude for this prayer gift by saying a few closing prayers. Just like in Luke Chapter 17, verse 11-19 where only one came back after receiving a wonderful gift from Jesus. We also are thanking Jesus for allowing us to have this beautiful prayer. This prayer was originally put on KZbin for our Prayer Group, who were aware of the extending gratitude prayers. When I do the Rosary, between each decade, I add "Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins. Save us from the fires of hell and lead all souls into Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy Mercy." That was not in the original Rosary, but that's what my family prays. Lots of prayers have some extra parts that aren't in the originals. I'm glad you put it at the end so people can end the prayer at the 7th if they don't like it. We pray for long time with your prayer and we like it. Thanks.

My son and I will be done on August 5th of this year. He's almost 23 now and I'm so happy he's continued this through his teen years and college etc. I just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed saying some important parts all these years.

We also add the prayer for priests after that. DECADE PRAYER (Prayer for Priests): God, our Father, please send us holy priests, all for the sacred and eucharistic heart of Jesus, all for the sorrowful and immaculate heart of Mary, in union with saint Joseph. Amen.

The prayer for Priests is so awesome. I love it. We are going to have to start including it. To be almost finished is magnificent. I personally have until July of 2022, but I may continue until my last breath. I will probably ask the promises to be applied to all the souls who are starving for someone to pray for them, from all times. Thank you so much for caring about your family with these prayers. First of all I prefer this because a gentleman is leading it although you added your private prayers? Our priest always remind us that if you lead some prayers do not add any of your private prayers stick to the original.

Our prayer group does not just pray one prayer when we gather. Let me clarify by using an example... There are many 'optional additions' to the Rosary between decades, as well as, scripture verses added to assist with understanding and used by many other prayer groups. Example: "Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy Mercy. Jesus, Mary, Joseph, we love You, Amen" We added those additional prayers, because that was the group of prayers we used together. We didn't include the Rosary and other prayers we say, but just some special prayers to remind us of how grateful we are to our Master Jesus. Your Priest is the one you MUST follow. He is your Shepard and Guide, so please only use the main prayer if you wish. Thank you for your observation and concerns.

Catholic.Prayer.Group The O, my Jesus was given by the Blessed Mother to be added at every decade of the Most Holy Rosary at Fatima. It was SHE who directed it to the children. Then was it the Blessed Mother who directed you to add these prayers after each proper prayers. What I am saying fine I like these prayers but you can say these after you are finished with the prayers given to St. Bridget. You can not just cut off the train of thoughts of the people concerning these beautiful prayers. Your added prayers are ok just say it after every traditional prayer is done. I am showing you the traditional way of praying.

Catholics believe that we must remain in a state of Grace with God during our lives. Since we are all human, we were given a magnificent gift of the Sacrament of Penance. The promises of this prayer never was able to be verified officially, but as Catholics we can pray that God will provide these promises to those who have the intent of praying for 12 years and also try to stay in a state of Grace with God. Messages from God have always been given in the way that best fits the needs of those who need to listen. What is Diaspora, 3(?) streams of blood, pics always show 2, red & white.

Thank you for your question. The Diaspora has always been referred to as Jewish believers living outside of Israel. But Catholics typically refer to Diaspora as any Jewish believer who are always welcome to come home to the Catholic Church to believe in Jesus. The Three Streams: (The Blood of Jesus referred to here is His Eternal Covenant to us). Just as Jewish believers had to sacrifice the blood of certain animals to obtain forgiveness, our External Salvation comes from the Sacrifice of Jesus' Blood and Body. Two of the Streams of Blood refer to the Blood coming out of each of Jesus' hands. Since the two feet were nailed together, the Third Stream was from both feet. The Blood and Water you see coming from Jesus' heart are seen in the "Divine Mercy Pictures." People always say the "Piercing of Jesus' side, but that Piercing also punctured Our Master's Heart. The two rays or beams represent the Blood and Water that actually come from his heart. When Jesus was pierced with the sword, the Blood and Water came from His side, but eternally, it actually comes from His Heart. The pale ray stands for the water that makes souls righteous. The red ray stands for the Blood which is the life of souls. Very good questions. Thank you for asking.
