St. George police warn about scammers pretending to be officers

St. George police are warning locals about scammers calling, pretending to be them.
Lt. Rich Triplett with the Investigations Division said these scammers are demanding money for warrants or citations.
He said the reality is that the department does not ask you to urgently pay fines or fees over the phone.
