Silence is virtuous, as our BVM lived. Through humility, charity, and example, let us act on the words spoken by St. John Chrysostom regarding sports and entertainment- “If you ask Christians who the prophets are, what are their names, they are mute. If you ask about horses and their drivers, they will answer with more solemnity than the Sophists and rhetoricians.” Our highly publicized upcoming sports event offer very little virtue to our souls. I’m slowly starting to understand this. St. John C pray for us.

He mentioned Bishop Athanasius Schneider who proposed to create an index of errors of Vatican II documents but reject the idea of condemning Vatican II in its entirety like Vigano does. Why? What is the reason not to condemn a heretical Council?
