nice this would have been at the old msg, 8th ave & 50th st. played doubleheaders on tuesday nights usually. this game would have started at 6, and then knicks game at around 8:30 i remember because id beg my uncle to take me, and he did a few times. great memories, thanks

Thanks for posting. I hope these weren't the highlights, LOL. I know the NBA was trying to do whatever they could to generate more interest in the game, but these doubleheaders seem like an odd choice. In the 1964-65 season (Wilt's first with the Sixers, when he was traded in mid-season), the Sixers played 6 of their games in NYC against non-Knicks opponents!
