On the donation option, how much are the miscellaneous additional fees legal etc
@jonathanralphcitizenship Жыл бұрын
That depends on a few factors, number of applicants, ages etc. Suggest booking in a chat when ready and we can run through it. However, the developer financing route is considerably more attractive from a financial perspective. calendly.com/jonathanralph/st-lucia

What assurance is there that using Holborn approach deal, the Saint lucia authorities would not cancel the passport at anytime claiming it wasn't legitimate?
@jonathanralphcitizenship Жыл бұрын
@@Alkebuland That would violate the St. Lucian constitution. Citizenship cannot be revoked once granted.

Please note this video pre-dates the law changes seen in 2024 (inc new minimum investment amount). I’ll be replacing it with an updated version

I'm sorry I didn't understand it. With the Holborn approach, am I ever the owner of the real estate? Can I sell it and hope to make a profit?
@jonathanralphcitizenship Жыл бұрын
Selling for a profit would not be possible I'm afraid. However, this approach is the cheapest route to the CBI. I don't typically recommend traditional real estate investments in the Caribbean, and the CBI rules on qualifying property are very restrictive, so making any sort of profit (with good capital security) is very challenging indeed. Hope that helps

The 102k includes your fees too, I hope?

It does indeed. We’re currently sold out on this particular option I’m afraid, but we’re working to have new options available from early 2024.

@@jonathanralphcitizenship No problem. Still have to deal with probate. Is there a way to get in line though?
