Rømmegrøt, that's cool. Not many tourists get to try that. One of my favorite summerfood from Norway. Normally served with cured meat. A small tip on tour pants. I use cotton pants from Fjellräven and they breath really good, but will get soaked with water. So the trick is to use wax to impregnate the pants. I normally do this from knees down so that part are waterproof. Need to do this since Fjellräven do it the old way. But if done will they be solid waterproof.

What fun! We biked Hamar to Brummendal (and on to Lillehammer) last year. Was nice to see the rest stop at the top of the hill again. We had nice weather and took a short break here. I inadvertently forgot my backpack there and discovered it when we reached Brummendal. Had to bike back…. We treated ourselves, staying at Wood Hotel. But next time we will have to use the overnighting possibilities on the trail. Amazing!
