One word self-defense this man broke into his house while his girlfriend and his daughter were sleeping now if he didn’t get up what he did that man would’ve most likely killed him and then went for the daughter and his baby mama/girlfriend I was just K thought of taking place in itself because of north it’s very hard to defend yourself when I’m getting charges pressed against you too. I hate 911 operators if someone breaks into your house what are they expected to do when the intruder find you just take it .....the hell no it’s open season and I’m going to going to self-defense mode because by the time the Police get there they probably won’t get there in enough time nothing against the police I just really hate 911 operators of them telling you to stay calm and who’s ever invading you is right in front of your face and knows where you are is not gonna help this easy to judge when you’re not physically going through it. That’s one thing I love about them so if somebody breaks into your house you have the right to defend yourself and your property. He smart not to Garcia not to talk to the news because anything you say can and will be used again soon even know he was exercising what is with in his right the only problem is he did in the wrong state when I just expect you to call 911 and hide like is if everyone has that luxury or that’s realistic in every situation you just don’t know until it happens and there really isn’t but nothing for him to explain or talk about somebody broke into his house and he protected his family and the discussion really nothing to explain. And I don’t know if this new station is dumb or not but I know for fact that they know that When a case is still open all parties involved are not allowed to talk about it until the case is closed even though he may not be a suspect they still can charge him with involuntary manslaughter or manslaughter charge I’ve seen people and I’ve heard of people who have had people break into their house ended up killing them in the process and still got charged with manslaughter so the smartest thing for him to do is not talk about it that way when he goes to court and him and his lawyer brainstorm the self-defense case work better talk to him like he’s close not want it fresh off the press and literally just happened.
