It's difficult to believe that I'm comment seven. That sounded like a medieval Spanish ballad. I think you might try it in Spanish for acoustic purposes however. I'm like, Andalusian; Basque? Catalon? Late 16th C. If I had to guess if I heard it first in Spanish on the radio, really, I can tell my reaction. Bella!
