Stabilize and Highlight Objects EASILY in Davinci Resolve 18

This is a fun effect I like to use to highlight an object that's in frame - even if it moves around! We're going to be doing both a free version and using the Studio-only DVE effect in this video, to stabilize on an object and then highlight it, complete with a colored border and drop shadow - fun times indeed!

so really helpful video but I have a request what about a highlight on a stationary object like a sign on the side of the road?

It'll work the same way... but may not look right since those sorts of objects tend to move around a LOT and scale up as you get closer... it's worth giving it a shot, though! Let me know how it goes :D
