@@RAJVILLE: Thanks for letting me know. I'm only of Scots ancestry here in the Niagara Peninsula, close to Niagara Falls. I have friends who are still angry at Christopher Columbus because they don't know who their ancestors are or where they came from. When I look at a map of the world Africa is always bigger than I remember. When I saw Jimi Hendrix he introduced himself as being of Egyptian Nubian descent with a Cherokee grandmother who walked the Trail of Tears. That was in 1969, but I still get inspired by what he said and what his lyrics express, always talking as if he was your friend. I hope you find the medium or instrument of your dreams, or even as us left-handers, make it yourself. Bay-an-uck-let, blessings on you in Gaelic.

@@isislaz dna on Stacey's body was Rodney Reed's, page 13--"In the interim, the results from the agreed-upon DNA testing came back. Using short tandem repeat (STR) analysis, Reed could not be excluded from DNA profiles developed from the sperm fractions of a vaginal swab and Stites’s panties, and only 1 in 3.176 sextillion (the most conservative statistic) would be expected to have that DNA profile. Suppl.CR(DNA).52. Reed also could not be excluded, using Y-STR analysis, from three vaginal swabs, a rectal swab, Stites’s panties, vaginalswab sticks, a vaginal sperm-search slide, and extracts of stains found on Stites’s back brace, pants, and a breast swab. @@aminali3372 Touch dna wasnt retrievable at the time. The car isnt available to test touch dna from for any conclusive results. The only things they can really test with any certainty that they arent contaminated, are things they kept secure as evidence. One of reeds appeals demanded touch dna testing as it had become available, they identified her back brace and trousers as the best things to check, both came up with touch dna for stites and reed. Afterwards they started demanding the belt be tested even though its been handled by multiple people throughout the original trial and is therefore contaminated. Heres where i start having a problem with these documentaries and new reports on it. This stuff is publicly available yet doesnt get mentioned. Like they dont mention reeds saliva on her chest, which blows a hole in the defence for the sperm inside her being rodneys. To not mention these things is straight up deceptive, its almost as if they've never bothered to read the court documents for the trial or the appeals and are just taking the defences position verbatim.

My heart goes out to her mother. But I do believe that Jimmy did it. The mother buried her in that wedding dress to support the narrative that she wasn't in a consenual relationship with a black guy. Aside from being hurt about the murder ( understandble) The mother feels shame/ embarrassment because of the racist views in that little town AND the hurtful church gossip about her daughter being promiscuous. Even if in her heart of hearts she knows that Jimmy did it, but she is choosing to hold onto that false narrative because to her THAT is better than openly acknowledging /admitting/accepting that she was in a consensual relationship with a black guy in that town. ( The sisters know it too...) So the "wedding dress" was really more for show to quell the gossip and try to keep the rumors at bay. She was already in enough pain.

To say that interracial dating was dangerously taboo in the 90's is absurd. My mom and Dad visited my mom's family in the south and his family in Texas all the time. So did I. Curtis Davis gave Jimmy a ride home. Curris worked in Bastrop pd and he lived in Giddings. He was working overnight and he left his shift early claiming he had a broken tooth. He was buddies with Jimmy. He picked up Jimmy from the high school where he left the truck with Rocky Wardlow, David Board and Ed Salmela, to which then, Rocky Wardlow would stage the crime scenes then botch the investigation by telling cops to not search the apt Jimmy shared with Stacey and gave the truck back to Jimmy. So the bs Lisa Tanner says abt checking the possibility of someone helping Jimmy is a lie.

@dh H Jimmy's rape case was in 2007, long after Stacy's death. Rodney had a pattern of sexual assault for a long time leading up to Stacy Stites. "Sexual assault" is actually to soft of a descriptor for what he did. We're talking about a guy who committed aggravated rape, and sodomy of a minor. Sounds totally reasonable to me that he's capable of murder.

Oh and he was a cop👮‍♀️ .. probably dirty cop that set this whole case up . I believe they set this man up and jimmy is GUILTY. Stacey was even having doubts about her wedding. Pitiful how her family can’t think outside the box here. Her fiancé is guilty. Many things with this whole case that’s completely off!
