Your house is adorable, lines, shapes, volumes, light, nature, art, and your dining room and the green chair, well, everything is wonderful, it has inspired me. Greetings from Texas. It's now Thursday 9am. I'm having my coffee before going to work and your video has brought me peace and warmth in my heart ❤️. Thank you.

While very contempoary this home exudes cosiness and warmth. The use of space is very clever and while not to everyones taste it needs to be applauded the bathroom being a wonderful example of this. This really feels like a home and i hope the couple living here have many, many years of happiness living in their home.

Great point on the clever use of space-definitely a home filled with warmth and personality!

It is giving both a rural and city vibe due to the garden and living/dining design. The island table can hide the sink /water pipes, same to what they did with the gas at 3:50 to act as leg or support; since it's just the two of them using the middle section, it won't take up much space. Dining table is top notch! Bedroom upstairs can add glass wall too to keep the natural light coming, especially if they will have children of their own for safety, railings for stairs. The overall design was smart, industrial and perfect for the weather, not too hot & not too cold and perfect for the couple. Congratulations! 💙

Very Zen feel, may be that is why even the garden is bonsai vibe too. But I would think if the garden is heavily planted with tropical plants and trees, removing the granite stones, it will achieve a better natural and forest effect, doing better justice to the full height glass wall.
@StackedHomes4 ай бұрын
You’ve made a great point. A tropical garden might enhance that natural vibe and complement the glass wall even more. Thanks for the insight! 😊

Based from this channel, when I saw houses from Indonesia and compared them with those in Singapore, I just realized Indonesians were richer than Singaporeans.
@philipyoungg4 ай бұрын
Nah. This house probably costs $100-300K depending on location. In singapore, with the same budget, you'll be lucky to get 1 bedroom dated apartment.

The ones they interview might be the “richer” Indonesians. It’s definitely not representative of the whole population as Indonesia is huge. In SINGAPORE government controls most types of housing available because the land is small. They are usually called HDB flats which are very small.

Really interesting house, although may not be suitable for couple with kids. I would love to live in this kind of house, except for the stairs (not a fan of spiral stair case)

Great design for littel space, I'd like to said this is an art because of the design. But using glasses instead of walls in tropical country isn't wise bcs lots of energy used are unefficient IMO, and since the outside walls are not too high I concerned about the security, or I can say in bahasa this house is so "malingable" 😅

Interesting points! The balance between aesthetics and practicality can be tricky, especially in tropical climates. 😊
