Driver is more than good. Stock cobra just tuning HP TV got 407 on the dyno,video is on here. But its only good for 1 pass in stock form, the fastest they go is 107 to 112. Pullied doing 118 to 121 is legit.

kris jones flowmasters sound great up til the 5.0, as in the original 40s or super 44s. the thunder sounds like shit imo, they shouldve went with a borla stinger or attak for this with the catted x-pipe

+Steve's Stang 03 GT I don't get the love of Borla stingers.....both me and my friend own 03 cobras, he has stingers on his and I have a Mac off road h pipe with welded I'm Flowmaster super 44s, and every car show we've been to people seem to prefer my setup to his. Borla stingers make it sound like a super loud truck, but chambered mufflers make the car sound like an old school muscle car from days gone by, instead of every truck I've ever heard around here....not to mention the borlas are about twice as much as the flowmasters.

About 520 hp at the crank. So with a few bolt ons, you can easily take some of the old GT500's, and new 5.0's.

I think the procharger will be the power adder. You can add more boost and be safe with stock internals. If you go e85 on the termi along with the procharger you can be in the 700+ power range and really make a difference at the track! Wish I could be part of the build. Great job guys!

yeah....no. a straight through muffler like MagnaFlow or borla makes them sound like a truck. chambered mufflers give these cars an old school muscle car sound. I've got a mac off road h pipe running into flowmaster welded super 44s on my 03 cobra, and my buddy has borla stingers on his that cost about twice as much, and although his is louder, most people at car shows seem to prefer my setup over his. you can never go wrong with a chambered muffler on any of the old foxbody 5.0s up to the 04 model gt and cobras....after that then u won't get that sound out of the newer 5.0s anyway, and straight through exhaust is as good a choice as any because the new cars have a totally different sound anyway
