My doctor said that I have to take target therapy(transzab and pertizumab) for life time after every 3 weeks. Can it is possible to take it in the form of tablets?? Because I don't want to visit hospital after every 21 days. And to all the attendants or patients here.. Be positive and meditate. Have faith in God. Your positive attitude will Also cure you. Hello. I want to tell you a few things: 1. Trastuzumab+pertuzumab is now available as a subcutaneous injection, meaning it can be given in 15 minutes in the skin instead of as intravenous injection. So in future you will only need to come to hospital/clinic for 15 minutes. 2. Even though your cancer is stage 4, long term survival is already possible (and common) in HER2 positive breast cancer. Be positive! 3. Very soon, a new drug is coming to India which is 3 times better than any available drug for your disease. We can be hopeful for a cure in the future. So be positive! My wife is BRCA1+, we were lucky to detect ovarian cancer in stage 1. Chemo 5 rounds done, last remaining. USG suggests we may have complete response to Chemo (Pacli/Carbo). Then we go for surgery of complete removal of ovaries and bilateral masectomy. Do you think if olaparib will be prescribed in our case?

Surgery kar diya thao...Next 15 days ke baad phir se ek ghant aageya then biopsy mein positive aaya...Phir se hum log omega hospital pei surgery Kiya tha...uske saath 30 radiation and 6 chemo Diya tha...And mere papa pura 3saal tak pura thik thi uska pet scan vi daily routine check up pai negative aaya...But 2022 oct ko pet scan pai phir se positive aaya...left buccal mucosa... carcinoma....but mere papa ko heart bi hai.. angiography bi hua tha..uska Ejaction fraction 33 percent...high risk mein operation nehi ho payega....so avi uska bleeding pain ho raha hai....hum logo avi kya karenge??? keytruda immunotherapy humko doctor prescribe kya???sir please guide us
