I'm coded mig welder foreman wanted me to have a go at tig try and get coded for pipe work /dairy pipe 0.5 and 3mm I could do it but found it hard if honest and my cap wasn't the neatest could walk the cup . Pulse on Ali could lay down some nice looking welds but in end agree with the sitting down part but done my eyes in so only do it occasionally and back on the mig ...p.s also hate flux core daul shield mig with a passion 😄🤣

When youve used those tungstens up, get yourself some 2% ceriated (grey tipped). No difference when using them at all, other than the fact that the dust given off when grinding isn't radioactive.

Yeah im pretty surprised he did that.. Hes creating a health hazard for other people should that dust get kicked up by someone else or when he cleans the floor etc..

ayo I know its a bit late lol and dunno if anyone has already said this but insie the tig machine theres these two adjustable hf start things over time they wear down and need a feeler guage to put right. this should fix your hf start
