I played as mittelafrika a few times and at one time AI managed NOT to make a civil war, giving their leader trit great compromiser. (also world event looked cool as it was the first time i had seen america avoid civil war)

It's very hard to do. The main way is to play as Garner, give the leftists some concessions and have Long assassinated.

@@prettysureidateyourmom5104 its easy, you can see it in the guide menu, you needed if i dont remember bad to take hoover as presiden and take all the decesions on the events that harm the less the country, and the ai is almost uncapable of do it ( i mean by probability)

Stakuyi next you play America, there’s a path where you can avoid the civil war. There’s a guide in the game for this, below the leader portrait. I recommend you go for Alf Landon, via the focus tree you can get zero consumer goods and some pretty good bonuses to industry and research speed.

don't worry if you ever get board of the ACW micro, you can always do the Hoover run where there is no civil war. Quite funny events and America is really strong after it because it doesn't start killing itself.

Little fun fact, the militia units that you can just spawn in the ACW, if you change their template into something else, you get to keep those units even after the civil war is over. Just a small bit of info there, free for anyone to use
