is it safe to assume that Stalekracker gives the best bud/dad hugs ever? Met a dude like him at superbowl 38 and he called us yanks and fed us a shit ton of craws right outside Houston. Dude was a gentle monster

I'm going to try it. I've always worried about the butter burning but those steaks looked great.

Nope...never does...we did a couple small ribeyes...2" of boiling butter..in an iron skillet (helps) and I think we did 2.5-3 min each side...and then threw them on a grill for maybe 30 seconds each side...medium rare...PERFECT!@@driftingdynamic

Salt raises the boiling point of water also
@bizzl38058 ай бұрын
Adding salt to cooking water seasons the inside of your food, whether you're making noodles or beans. This is science at work. Osmosis transports water into and out of cells. As the cooking water enters the food, it brings salt with it, flavoring the inside of whatever you're cooking. your tottaly right. it has nothing to to with boiling temperature.
@bizzl38058 ай бұрын
@@oldredcoonhound2182 has nothing to do with the boiling temperature in that case. but you are not wrong. salt does that. But the altitude is far morte important for the boiling temperature than added salt when it comes to cooking. there is a huge difference in boiling water on top of the munt everest and boiling it at see level.

And if you want your cheese creamy and less stringy, just toss in a couple slices of good ol American cheese, its got the stuff in it that makes it all blend creamy. Ayee!
