Fiscal transfers are not from anyone's personal pocket. They are from public resources raised by taxes for which all states contribute. There should be a policy to not call any scheme in name of any post or person living. There is a need for a national policy on naming of schemes since the states are the ones that raise resources

South Indian states should form a federation and boycot The Union govt for bias and move a resolution to form a consortium to liberation as South Indian Union of states as separate country.

Whatever. I am proud supporter of Bjp and will always vote for Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi and Atal Bihari Vajpayee are the best primi minister of India. India developed so much In Narendra Modi's reign including GDP , Rail roads , stock market and for military expenses.
