there's a 1974 made-for-TV movie, Bad Ronald, about a family unknowingly living with a teen killer living in the walls, and a secret room, in their house. I only saw it once, when I was fifteen, so I really can't say if it was any good, other than that, again, as a fifteen year (boy) I enjoyed it.

Re: Attic Occupying. I once read an article in a medical journal about a case where an older female consistently reported noises in her house, items being moved and food being stolen from the fridge. She was a solitary woman with no family. Neighbours dismissed what she said and the Police wrote it off as her being ‘old and confused’. She finally was admitted to a hospital when she became very distressed. That was when the homeless lad who had walked into her house and took up residence in her roof space became apparent and was arrested. The article highlighted the flaws of assuming that older females are disorientated or incorrect when giving a history of unusual phenomena occurring at home.

I watched the trial. Chats between them showed she drank a lot n also said she wanted n likes him stalking her. She would ask him to come over 5 hours away then get mad if he did or mad if he didn’t. He tried to get away and said he wasn’t talking to her. She would say she missed him. Was very mean to him. It could have turned out very very badly. He said he knew he was not good looking while in the stand. Broke my heart. She used him like a yo yo. One time she asked him to come. After he drove like 6 hours, she told him to go back then changed her mind again. She made him wait over an hour or two in the car. Was with him 30 mins or so then said he had to leave. She was so hurtful. Doubt he will ever fully recover mentally. Everyone has the desire to be loved. Some are just blind.

@@lewisb3483 Like I said, she’s a victim of herself. She deserves the consequences of her actions, but Instead of double punishing her by victim blaming after she’s already degraded herself, we should show empathy for her so she doesn’t continue to hurt herself. By treating people with respect and dignity regardless of their mistakes either intentional or unintentional we simultaneously set a good example for others and her by letting them know people are also capable of caring about them and don’t just belittling them when they make mistakes since most people know no ones perfect (people with narcissistic tendencies unfortunately often forget this), so they might become proactive about changing their minds before they engage in self degrading behaviors and put themselves in danger.

Giving out addresses is to get the victim to buy you stuff is not only immoral, but its clinical stupidity (I am sure its in the manual somewhere). I knew Mauricio growing up. He was always a quirky somewhat of a loner kid, but frankly harmless. His home life wasn't that great and at school he was often bullied and excluded. He dealt with his pain and loneliness by withdrawing into a world of fantasy (and the internet apparently.) He developed psychological issues over time and his physical health also worsened, it's just unfortunate and sad. There are others like Muaricio because I think life is tragic sometimes. Some compassion for those who aren't privileged to be normal and valued is in order. THis is my belief. We're rooting for you, Mauricio. Your friend, Marco.

@@Juke582 sounds like you’re projecting a lot. Did you investigate the court case itself whatsoever? Plenty of proof rachel literally messed him up so badly and told him to stalk her, invited him to come see her, had sex with him, and honestly she emotionally abused him. He tried to cut contact multiple times but she wanted more money and so pretended to love him. That can really do a number on someone. Viewing things as psychotic because you don’t understand them is not wise. If he was psychotic, Dr. Grande would’ve said so. He does need major counseling and probation with behavior monitoring. But she’s no victim here. Her mom and kid are, however.

I had a stalker in college. My reaction to realizing i was being stalked was to hide and try to ignore it and finally, after my friends expressed concern, to go to the police and get them to help me. They had a conversation with him and i never saw him again and was relieved and happy to be left alone. Nothing about her behavior in this case is like the way i felt and acted in response to being stalked. She definitely led him on and encouraged his behavior.

@@SirenaSpades he was absolutely stalking me. We had one study seminar together and after that he started following me everywhere. Within a few weeks he knew my entire class schedule and was sitting outside each class when i arrived. He didn't try to talk to me, just stared directly at me until i went inside the classroom. He would then wait outside the classroom for a while looking in the glass window at me occasionally, then he would leave but next class he'd do the same thing again. He tried to get on my computer in the computer lab when i went to get some print outs. He even started hanging out in the cafeteria whenever i usually went there for food. I kept changing my routine to avoid him so he'd go from place to place checking which of my regular spots i was in. My friends were very worried and started walking with me everywhere on campus to make sure he never caught me alone. If that's not stalking, i don't know what is. I have no idea what the police said to him, but i think he completely left the college, or had never been a student there and was just there to stalk me, because he just wasn't around at all after that.

I knew Mauricio in middle school. He was a simp, he would give out his lunch money to whatever girl that talked to him. He was really a sweet guy and not at all a threat. Rachel is evil and she should be the one in jail. She set this all up for attention. She knew Mauricio was vulnerable and she took him for everything, to the point Mauricio got a second job because of her to “pay” for her “needs”, despite the fact Mauricio was living in a weekly motel and all his money went to her, when she already had a house and comfortable life. Rachel even convinced him to put his only possession his truck in to her name. And unsurprisingly when he was arrested she sold it. So sad.
