A/O yandere may simply not kill anyone if he is not also a Yangire(Emotionally unstable) who is an individual with sadism, psychosis, paranoia, psychopathy, sociopathy, pathological anxiety, schizophrenia, pro traumatic disorder and split personality if yandere is also a Yangire like Junko's Family and Yukio is also means that this person is extremely dangerous for everyone even to himself. So they're not sadistic psychopaths but serious sadistic sociopaths!
