Stan hits C5 note so easily (..."I'm just trying to keep my faith..."). Remember that Stan had a rare form of cancer and had to have his stomach removed - this is how powerful his voice is even without a stomach. Singing both the high range and very low range - watch him sing Tennessee Whiskey, It's A Man's World - the guy can sing the phone book. Also, Maori singers have a deep rich tonal sound. Polynesians do - Hawaiians also. Check out NZ artist Holly Smith and also Teeks. They are also NZ Maori. Glad you have discovered the amazing Stan Walker. His backup vocals are The Standard and his band are The Levites.

I love your reaction(s) to vocal artists as it's done with such musical prowess; from the timbre of the voices to sound quality and equipment/instruments - you bring it! It’s good to see Stan Walker, he was in Aust Idol 13 yrs ago, never heard from him after that. Someone here commented that got sick& recovered now. I didnt recognise him straight away look different.
