I read Stan's book decades ago, and also saw his guest appearances on Wall Street Week. The strategy provided in the book is well thought out and non-emotional which is exactly what the average investor needs to follow. This video of the book is superb in every respect. Bravo! But alas! videos with titles like "how to make USD 1 mn in a year" get more clicks than videos like this one. This shows that people always look for shortcuts to make money in markets and thats why they end up not making any money. Firstly, You could lose it all and you could win it all. It goes both ways. Second, what works for A may not necessarily work for B and you should not be a bandwagon investor. A good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge.

Not off the top of my head Tom, I personally use marketinout for technical and stockopedia for fundamental both of which I completed a videos on.

Can you recommend similar books that are based purely on technical analysis?

Bravo ! la vidéo est bien faite. Nous avons l'essentiel mais comme toute formule qui semble simple le plus dur est de mettre tout cela en application cela tient de l'art de la discipline et de l'expérience et probablement plus encore.

Thanks Gareth. Another 5 star video. Although I try not to place too much emphasis on charts, it's always unwise to ignore them and this video summed up the key points. May I add Jesse Livermore and Martin Zweig to possible book reviews. Steris looks interesting.

The video is great ! But I have a question. How can I use RS if I am not trading in the US stock market?
@FinancialWisdom4 жыл бұрын
Hi Cheng, RS can be used in any country.
@timw4674 жыл бұрын
So the RS should be listed out by my own calculation? I couldn't find any RS indicator from stock websites but only the RSI. Thanks for replying
