Ann 25 words isn't enough to describe your channel as a 13yr old people don't think I can bake. They say did your nan teach you this and I give all the credit to you. I want to bake loads of things but my parents don't have the money because they don't think it I am serious about it. If I got that mixer I could expand on what I do and show how much I enjoy it and this is all because of you. They want me to use my academic ability but I want to be a patisserie chief because you have inspired me. My friends love it when I bring I brownies and Oreo cupcakes and they can only thank you. I do not understand how she or anyone hasn't came out with edible sticks and edible supports or base that helps the cake from squashing it all down... instead of using wooden sticks and cardboard base? Make the whole cake edible?? Feel like this cake would be hard cutting into with all these wooden sticks in the way. Idk.

im late to the post, but i was thinking the same for every episode i watched the last few days.the argument above (bellow) that it would turn moist and bend is wrong since there is a lot of edible stuff thats not taking up liquid like chocolate or gelatin covered sugar sticks. pretty sure there are even better industrial material like food additives that would work even better. i guess people are just used to use plastic and the need is so small that no one had the idea to produce them (yet). my concern is that kids dont know about those supports and may cut a piece by force and swallow it. happend to me as a kid with a toothpick in a bought sandwich.
